Overnight stay at your own booth

Exhibitors can stay overnight at their own stand in the exhibition hall as well as in the outdoor area Westt possible and free. Showers and toilets are available. There is also the option of spending the night in your own mobile home in the exhibitor car park.

Our caterer stops at the assembly days and during the fair duration delicious food in the beer garden Alm ready in the outdoor area (also in the evening). It is not permitted to prepare your own meals on the stand or in the outdoor area!

The hall can also be left after the end of the fair to eat out. The return should then be up 23 p.m. take place in order not to disturb the night's sleep of the other exhibitors. The entrance is then again West entrance, i.e. the main entrance for our event. There a porter will receive the returnees and lead them to their hall. Vehicles must park in front of the administration after the closing time of the halls.

There is a delicious one in the Messe-Alm Breakfast buffet.

Overnight stay at the mobile home site (P-Ost 1-3)

In addition, exhibitors can stay overnight on the mobile home parking space (P OST 1-3) possible at the east end of the fair. The mobile home parking space is within walking distance of the exhibition halls (entrance Kurzweg directly opposite the camp area).

A reservation in advance is not necessary. There are enough places because we have enlarged the area again (extension by POST1).
The overnight stay costs €25 per vehicle per night (also for exhibitors).

On request there are also places with Current (30, - € / day incl. VAT). There are "normal" Schuko sockets and 3-pin connections for camping adapters. Payment is made on site.

There are free sanitary containers (toilets and showers) present. There is also a service water emptying station for mobile homes.

Also on the camp area: Food trucks, live music on Friday & Saturday evenings, large tipi tent, drinks trolley, campfire.

There are a few hotels near the Messe Friedrichshafen. The easiest way is to search via a booking website (e.g. booking.com or hrs.de).
